Fig, Prosciutto & Chili Jam Pizza

Preheat oven to 220°C / 200°C fan forced.
2.
Place pizza bases on two baking trays. Spread with Wood's Chilli Jam. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
3.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and melted.
4.
Remove from oven and arrange prosciutto on the pizzas. Top with the quartered figs and sprinkle with baby rocket.
5.
Season with cracked black pepper and drizzle with oil.
6.
Serve with lemon wedges, if using.
