Apricot & Mango Chutney Chicken

In a hot pan seal the seasoned chicken breast on both sides,place onto baking trays and top with a generous amount of Wood’s Apricot and Mango Chutney

Bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked
3.
Dice the red capsicum and place in a hot fry pan with olive oil and almond slivers until both are soft and cooked
4.
To serve, place 2 pieces of chicken breast in the middle of the plate and top with capsicum, almond slivers and a generous portion of Wood’s Apricot and Mango Chutney.
